Drafting whistleblowing policies and procedures taking into account domestic legal obligations and existing institutional cultures and frameworks.

Training

Supporting implementation of laws, policies procedures and best practices by training policy makers, practitioners, judges and lawyers and civil society representatives. Training can be delivered in person, virtually or by bespoke recorded training packages.

Tutoring and academic guidance

Bespoke tuition and guidance on Public Law, Human Rights and Information Rights subjects from undergraduate to PhD level.

Strengthened capacities on the right to information in the Philippines, on monitoring and evaluation in North Macedonia and on business integrity in 5 Central Asian countries.
Analysed laws and policies of various countries in 18 technical technical papers for the Council of Europe.
Previous clients include: UNODC, UNDP, Council of Europe, PwC, Whispli.
Author of book entitled Leaks, Whistleblowing and the Public Interest: The Law of Unauthorised Disclosures and various academic articles.
